Listing your property is completely free. You only pay us a referral fee when we deliver confirmed bookings, which pays for the marketing and customer service we provide for your property. Our base referral fee rate is 15% of the booking amount, but you may qualify for a discounted rate.
BookOutdoors does not charge the guest a booking fee -- they pay the rates that you set.
