If you received an SMS or email message notifying you that you are eligible to cancel based on a forecasted rain disruption, you can contact BookOutdoors Support to cancel your reservation and receive a refund. Once your reservation is canceled, you will be contacted by the Weather Protection Program Administrator, Pattern, who will process your refund directly. Electronic reimbursement is available in under 72 hours once a Loss Report for Covered Rain Disruption is verified.
If you purchased the optional Travel Insurance at the time of booking, you may be eligible to recover up to 100% of non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled for a covered reason. If you also purchased the Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) Add-on, you may recover up to 75% of non-refundable trip payments if your trip is canceled for a reason not otherwise covered by the travel insurance policy.
First, contact BookOutdoors Support to cancel your reservation. If you are eligible for a full or partial refund based on the cancelation policy of the property booked, you will be refunded directly by BookOutdoors.
